District 1 – North Mecklenburg
Investments include commuter rail from Gateway Station to Davidson, new microtransit zones (North Meck, Prosperity Church, Nevin-Derita), and major road capacity projects in Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson.

District 2 – West & Southwest Charlotte
Light rail extension from the Airport to Coliseum/Ovens, plus microtransit in Pawtucket-Coulwood, Shopton/River District, Steele Creek, and West Boulevard. Strong emphasis on road upgrades and better bus corridors.
Gold Line streetcar expansion (Rosa Parks to Eastland), commuter rail (Gateway to Davidson with Harris & Derita stations), and new microtransit zones (Prosperity Church, University City, Hidden Valley, Harrisburg-Albemarle).
Streetcar expansion to Eastland, new microtransit in Mint Hill-Marshbrooke and Harrisburg-Albemarle, plus road improvements and bus frequency upgrades.
Key investments include expanded Better Bus service, road projects in SouthPark/Woodlawn, and microtransit in Ballantyne, Starmount-Quail Hollow, and Park Crossing.
